I would like to exchange my product?
An exchange is not a problem as long as your product is still unworn, the original packaging including accessories is present and the return period of 30 days (14-days European Union) has not been exceeded. Contact us using our contact form our team and let us know which products you would like to exchange.
I would like to return a product
A return is possible for 30 days (14- days European Union) provided the product is unworn and the original packaging including accessories is present. Please adhere to the cancellation policy from the Terms and In this case, you must bear the shipping costs. So that we can allocate your package immediately and guarantee quick processing, please contact us using contact form and we will send you details of return. As soon as we have received your return, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 days. If you ordered on account, our payment provider Stripe will be informed of the credit.
How long will it take to get my package?
We send all packages with DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx. The delivery time is shown separately on each product page and is:
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).
Orders may not ship within 48 hours due to stock issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.ㅤ

How I can track my order?
As soon as we have packed your order and made it ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email you will find your tracking number and also the link for tracking the shipment.
What if I paid too much?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days (14-days European Union) of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
My product arrived damaged. What now?
We are sorry that your product arrived damaged. Please proceed as follows: Fill out our service form and send photos of all sides of the product so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
The shipment status does not change - what can I do?
Waiting is no fun - of course we know how annoying it can be if there are problems or delays in shipping. If the status of your package has not changed for a few days, please feel free to contact us via Contact service form .
